My name is Pamela Arceneaux Clark. Both my husband Shane and I were born and raised in small rural Louisiana. We know the true spirit of being born and raised Cajun and are proud of our heritage. This is what inspired the name of my website. We like to think that Papillons, being of French decent, have a little bit of Cajun spunk in them too. I have two beautiful girls who live with us and enjoy playing with our babies.

We are located in the heart of Cajun Country. Two things about growing up Cajun. 1. We love our food. 2. We love and treat our animals just like family. I remember growing up with ducks swimming in our bathtub because we had hatched them in our incubator and I thought they needed exercise. From as young as I can remember I was always around dogs. My father raised and produced champion beagles. Later in my adulthood I had the privilege of working as a Veterinary Technician while attending college. It was here that I fell in love with the beloved Papillon. Until recently I was not in a position to devote the time needed to a dog. After attaining my first papillon I was hooked. As Sami grew it was evident that he would not fit the picture I had in my head of the papillon of my dreams. Although he definitely has all the papillon traits Sami turned out to max out at a weight of 12 pounds and has minimal ear fringe. I then went on to find him a playmate, one that would have some definite butterfly wings and be a little on the smaller side. I was fortunate to attain my beloved Kylie. Now I am striving to fulfill two goals. One to raise and show quality papillons in the show ring and attain championship titles on these dogs. The other goal is being to provide quality papillons to people who like myself want a papillon that comes closer to their dream dog. Although neither my husband nor I have experience in the dog show ring, we both have experience showing other animals. My husband has shown Modena Pigeons in the past and I have raised quality Cochin show chickens. We know the hard work and determination raising quality animals involves. We have given up these hobbies and will be learning as much as possible in the near future about showing papillons. I am dedicated to producing the best quality papillons. I am open to other breeder's suggestions and help in attaining this goal and look forward to all comments. I have been fortunate to meet some great people already and am forever grateful for their kindness and friendship.
